Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us at support@c88co.com.

Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item sent)

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@c88co.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not replace items that become damaged due to improper washing, drying, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be replaced.
  • We determine a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@c88co.com.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
